I visited this office for a 2:00 PM appointment with Dr. Smith regarding my spine. Unfortunately, I waited until 4:00 PM without being called. When I asked the receptionist about the delay, they couldn’t give me any clear answer or update. After waiting so long with no communication, I had to leave without seeing the doctor. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially since it was for an important medical issue. I hope the office can improve their scheduling and communication with patients. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office To anyone.

My Orthopedist, Dr. Stephen Huish is under this group and I love him. I’ve been going to him for over 10 years for my orthopedic injuries. He is new to this group and location, but I’m actually happy he moved here because it’s easier for me travel wise. There are other doctors under this group so I would Google to see their specialty. So far the front desk has been good except for call backs. It’s a challenge but it’s also understandable that they are busy and they’re dealing with many patients in a daily basis. They also take care of any paper work you may need for work, school, etc. As far as I know, no is no parking lot, but there is Street parking with meters. You can use coins or download the Flowbird app. I definitely recommend them.

I’ve been coming to New York Sports and Joints for the last year and two months for a work related injury and the time has now come to end. From start to finish the staff and doctors have been amazing. The front desk ladies (esp. Jackie, Mary, Yaire, and Rosie sorry if I missed anyone) have been not only helpful, but also quickly responsive, and just a pleasure to deal with. Also, the physical therapists have treated me with care throughout the entirety of my treatment and made going there 2-3 times a week not miserable. Shoutout to my therapist Lance who’s been with me since day 1 and most recently Glen also. All these people need a raise!!! Dr. Huish and Dr. Sharma are also the best. This place is the absolute best. All the women at the front desk are super patient and kind. The doctors are also very friendly and actually care about there patients. The Physical therapy is exceptional too. Highly recommend.

I love coming to NYSJ, they are so professional and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely the bestm.PT staff are also great. I recommend this place to anyone..they have the best Doctors.
