I had a pretty bad back issue and I was in sever pain. They were able to see me very quickly and I continue to see Dr. lattuga and Dr. Tripathi at the practice. I highly recommend these very talented skilled surgeons.

Dr. Tripathy has alot of empathy for his patients, I am extremely comfortable with the level of service he provides,he listens and genuinely cares about my needs.I am so grateful.

Why is the front desk personnel so rude?? Every time!! Whether you deal with them over the phone or in person, they’re always so unprofessional and condescending. It cost $0 to be nice to anyone, especially your customers (which the majority come in a great deal of pain), but hey what do you care, you’re only there to cash in your paycheck while you play with your phones. Don’t you dare disturb the 3 queens that work behind the counter… SMH. Doctors on the other hand, very professional.

I needed a Neurologist for my bach pain. I thought from the website that NY Spine Specialist was the best choice. Bad mistake. I went to one appointment and realized that this was for patients who are represented by an attorney. I thought these doctors were private practice. I called for what I should do next, left a message twice and I got no response.

Dr. NISHEETH PANDEY, MD, is the best pain management in NYC! The medical service at his practice is superb. The staff treats you like a VIP patient.
