New York Medical & Diagnostic Care Pc

I had a car accident and the doctor ordered the MRIs here but I changed doctors and this office refused to send them to the new doctor and said that I had to pick them up. I am not cleared to drive as yet and told them that. They were very rude but if they don't provide them to the doctor, they will not get paid. I asked the old doctor office and they said that the MRI place also said they won't provide them to them either and they emailed them that. So basically they don't want to get paid for that. I will just have to ask my new doctor to order the MRIs elsewhere. I don't recommend this place at all for anything. The driver was nice though, and the lady with the hijab in the office was nice but the other lady was very rude and inconsiderate. That's okay if they don't want to make money.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RADIOLOGY CENTER!!!! They are unprofessional, unethical, rude, and extremely uneducated. I am a senior manager for top Neurosurgeon’s here in NY. I called for a MRI CD pick up for a patient getting spine surgery who couldn’t retrieve their disc. I sent a HIPAA form to their practice email which was provide from front desk, given name as Jessica. Our facility has a personal person who picks up the discs and they rudely disrespected him and stated that no one there goes by the name Jessica. They accused us of trying to persuade them for trying to retrieve a MRI Disc of a patient who’s currently undergoing surgery. When I tried to contact the supervisor or someone in charge, no one was there to resolve the situation. They make up names so no one can be accountable for any m

Had shoulder pain. Technician forced my shoulder straight. I told him my shoulder cant stay in that position then he proceeds to yell at me. people go to mri exams because theres something wrong with the body. Big attitudes, lsck of compassion and empathy is what this medical professional excels at. So, if you like healthcare technicians who likes to yell at you then this is the place for you !

Such a bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to come here for their MRI. They will give you time and then will ask you to come 30 minutes before your scheduled time. And then will take other patients who came late. I waited 1 & 1/2 hrs even though I came 30 mins earlier. Will not recommend anyone to come to this location. Such a waste of time.

I did not have any idea why they billed me!!
