I cannot say enough Good things about this facility. As you walk in the receptionist is welcoming and friendly. I waited less then 10 minutes when I was taken in. Was greeted by Charlie who was wonderful in explaining the procedure in details for my teeth extractions , great in answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you to Stephanie who was kind and caring gave me all the aftercare instruction and medications to be taken. Thank You Dental Specialties Staff for all your care. Grateful to All.

Very poor service we waited a long time for the doctor. Most of the nurses are very rude and when I asked for a root canal estimate they told me $1900 for a tooth this is crazy they are robbing the public. The girls at the front desk and the nurse who was taking the xrays were very helpful and friendly do not come here I do not recommend this place.

Honestly, I have been coming here since 2022, to get a cleaning with an Asian young women who was marvelous. She then left and no longer continued to work here. Since 2025, I have been seeing a Spanish young lady who is just honestly always late. The 2 appointments I had she was late to each one. She seems to lack knowledge in what she is doing. I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks ago, and they had issues with my insurance, which I called and confirmed with my insurance company right away and everything was approved. I was told by the lady in the front desk that unfortunately I couldn’t be seen today which I understood, she said they will call back to set another appointment which I agreed with. i’ve been wanting to get my wisdom teeth checked since the beginning of January. Now one of them has been growing crookedly to the point where it can clash into my molar (last time I checked, the wisdom tooth is very close to the molar). My primary dentist told me to get the insurance referral, so when I got the letter, I decided to call. Mind you, I’m a student that attends a college outside of NY, so the next dates I can come in to get a consultation for my wisdom teeth is during a week in March. I called in January to book an appointment and explaining my circumstances. they didn’t have the schedule for March yet. My Review For Dr. Kevin Chung My kids were recently referred to Dr. Kevin Chung, and I am so grateful they were. The customer service was on point from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly kind and patient with my children, and they made them feel comfortable right away. Dr. Chung took his time, was very gentle, and worked with true professionalism. I was very satisfied with the excellent care he provided. My kids even told me they didn’t feel any pain, and the whole process was quick and smooth. The entire team treats children with care, respect, and kindness. Dr. Kevin Chung is truly one of the best dentists, and I highly recommend him to any parent looking for a great dental experience for their kids.
