Had my first visit here today. Rik was awesome! I told his exactly what I didn't want and he looked at me funny and said he'd never do anything like that. I've been to places previously that work hard directly on the spine, leaving me in pain. I have a bulging disc in my lower back that causes back pain, hip pain, and plantar fasciitis in both feet. I'm almost always in pain. Rik massaged all the needed spots as well as stretched those areas and showed me how to stretch it at home. An added bonus for me was the lotion or oil he used. Most places I've been to before leave me feeling like I just crawled out of a chicken fryer. It's kind of gross. Whatever Rik uses doesn't do that. I've already booked a return visit and looking forward to it!

He really takes the time to help you understand what he is doing and why. I bought a pack which includes several 90 minute massages and could not be happier. Rik is amazing. He actually listens to your problems instead of just getting a regular massage. He explains it and is super through. Truly one of the best massage therapists I have gone to. Definitely recommend!
