It is Always a pleasure to receive a telehealth call from Dr. Erber. He is always pleasant and he would 1st inquire about my overall well being, ask any relevant questions about what I've been experiencing before delivering the results of my test (s). He would tell me what to continue to do that is working, what I should be mindful of and any changes he thinks I should make leading up to the next follow-up visit. I have never seen such an unprofessional and arrogant doctor in my life as well as their staff. Booked an appointment a week ago. Took two trains in snow and then I was told doctor is not here. My appointment was 4:00 pm and I walked in on 3:35 pm. Doctor called me on their portal but couldn’t connect. Then I face timed him as the staff said. The very first thing he said after picking up the call you are late. You want to reschedule or cancel? I have no words to say at this moment that how painful this experience was and also realizing that people after such education can be this much un empathetic.

As always, Dr Erber gives the best service to his patients! Very satisfied with the service provided to me. Recommended to everyone at 💯 %

Dr J Erber is highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Direct no nonsense and to the point. Calm, and collective he explains what is and what can be with a level of compassion and understanding.

I made an appointment on my only day off, and the doctor simply didn't come, explaining that he only had one patient today. I'm very disappointed with such irresponsibility towards work!
