This place is horrible. The male psychiatrist asked me about my history of self injury, then asked me which direction I would cut myself on my wrists. I told him I would cut myself the short way across, and he responded "why that way? Don't you know that doesn't do anything? The long way is more severe" and it was super triggering and unempathetic. On a separate incident, the female psychiatrist demanded for me to leave her office after only seeing me for 5 min and refused to refund my copay when I asked since I didn't feel like I was serviced. I refused to leave by peacefully sitting in her office (i didn't cause a commotion or anything) if I wasn't given a refund and she called the police on me, escalating the situation.

I have an overall negative experience with the male psychiatrist here. I would have liked to have given this place two stars since the female psychiatrist was civil and also based on part on a conversation I had with another patient who found her experience here adequate to her needs (I did not inquire as to which psychiatrist she uses). I write this to highlight some problematic elements within my experience, having visited this place three times in the spring of 2022 in which I was still recovering from a traumatic experience that had grievously disrupted my schooling. The layout of the clinic is such upon entry there is a waiting room, further into the room on the right hand side is the front desk, to the left of the desk is a long corridor.
