I have Strong reason to believe that they neglect their patients. There was a time were I visited my granny, at least one worker would come in to check on her every hour and as soon as the worker would leave she would say in her Caribbean way that they don't usually do that she said that she usually seeing them for only the meal times. Another time I came during lunch and the workers was indirectly blocking me from going to see my granny and was diverting me to visit after lunch. I insisted to see her anyways. When I had went into the lunchroom to sit down with her. All the workers were just suspicious of me and kept checking up on us and even the director came to introduce herself if it felt like getting the royal treatment but such in a way where it wasn't natural. At the same time that
This facility is very clean and organized happy and bright atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff comfortable rooms. I liked the outdoor garden seating area, which I thought was inviting. This was only my first visit. I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to walk around and observe other Visitor waiting areas.
Place was very clean. My aunt was clean & her hair was brushed up nicely in a ponytail.. The staff member fed her & she was very friendly & patient while feeding her.
The main entrance look worn and dated but the front desk security is very pleasant and helpful. the patient floor is very modern bright and new love the patient rooms. But I must agree with another viewer about the 2 floor attendant the staff is very cold and distant I was told that every 20-30 min someone would check on the patient and on several days I've sat there with my brother and didn't see a face for hours I've never witness a medical staff like this floor. I feel for the patient that can't do for themselves you ask the RNA a question they look at you like how dare you. When the head nurse and nurse supervisor speak with you they assure you of great care but for reason the staff didn't get the memo. Because that 2 FLOOR STAFF needs extensive Bedside manner trainings.
Today is June 8th,2023, and my husband, mom and I went to visit my Uncle at your facility for the first time. From the warm reception we received from the front desk to the sign on recognition board, to the nurses on staff directing us to my Uncle's room was very pleasant. Although my Aunt and cousin were there, he seemed to be happy. He told us about the therapy he's received and that's what he's there for. Looking forward to a continued positive productive experience and care for my Uncle. Thank you so much, Doris Figueroa Anderson
