Everyone at this facility is caring and kind and puts the needs of the patient first. Making an appointment is done with the greatest of ease and Dr Harris is an outstanding doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really listens to the patient and treats you as a whole person, not as a disease or a number. He always has a positive outlook and a smile and a good plan to help you feel better and get better. . I really trust him ! The infusion nurses are so gentle and the infusion process is nearly painless and goes very quickly. Before you know it it’s over. The nurses go out of their way, just like the phlebotomist s , medical assistants and clerical staff to make the patients comfortable, I’m so glad that I come to this facility!

Dr. Nolyn Nyatanga is truly exceptional. From the very first visit, she went above and beyond to make sure my health concerns were thoroughly addressed. Her compassion, patience, and genuine dedication to her patients are evident in everything she does. She took the time to listen, explain, and advocate for me, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to find a physician who cares so deeply and is willing to go out of her way to help, and Dr. Nyatanga does exactly that. I am incredibly grateful for her exemplary care and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, kind, and devoted doctor.

The front desk was very professional.I was able to give her all that she needed from me. Then the nurse that took my blood was very caring and badage me well after blood work. The physician Assistant who took my vitals was also very professional. Of course my Dr. Harris whom I love very much was straight to the point of my results and will be following up with me. We chatted for a while before i got the results. He is a very caring Doctor hence the reason my following him all the way to Rockville Center. Even the staff that gave me my foolw up appointment date was quite friendly. Overall it was quite a pleasant visit.

I switched to Dr. Nyatanga as a hematologist provider within a few days of seeing another hematologist at Mt. Sinai and I do not regret my decision. Dr. NYatanga was wonderful! Very thorough, listened to my concerns and provided the best advice and course of treatment. Overall A+ bedside treatment unlike the first Dr. who dismissed my concerns. I would recommend her to everyone.
