New Wave Dental has exceeded my expectations!!! From the front desk, lounge for patients to the operatories-superb! Dr. Omar and his assistant Jessica were pleasant, courteous, personable and empathetic! The office was welcoming and most of all, CLEAN!!! Oh boy, was it clean🥰!!! Dr. Omar’s bedside manner was incredible and he made me feel right at home. His skills are second to none. I can say that because I had experiences in the past that were not favorable. So, I appreciated the top-notch service. His assistant, Jessica was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable and safe. Her skills preparing and making my crowns appeared to be a character of perfection. The Dental Hygienist, Marilyn was gentle, precise and pleasant

I stopped by today for my appointment and had the pleasure of having Angel work on my teeth. She did an excellent job — very professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire visit. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish and kept good conversation going during the appointment, which really helped ease any nerves. Great experience overall, and I truly appreciate the quality care I received today!

Came in for routine cleaning and X-rays. The office is nice, clean, and inviting. They were running a little behind schedule but we’re apologetic for it. Angel did my cleaning. She was very thorough and informative! Would definitely recommend her to do your cleaning. Left with nice, white shiny teeth!

I’m like anyone, I get nervous about the dentist but when you’ve been slack for a few years, you just don’t want to go ever because you’re embarrassed and nervous and a host of other things but i decided I couldn’t wait any longer. I suddenly had my nerve up and I was looking for a place that would take me fast before I changed my mind. I ended up deciding on Inspire in north Raleigh and I’m so glad I did. I met the dental assistant Myasia first and she made me very comfortable. It felt like being with an old friend in no time. Then Dr. Ha came in to discuss my plan. She prescribed some things to help get me back on track and I’m going in tomorrow for the first phase of my treatment. They have nitrous for people who are nervous (sign me up!) and since I don’t have dental insurance

Marilyn is one of the best hygienists I've ever had. She was kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dr Omar was also an amazing dentist. The whole team provides great care and I highly recommend.
