New Smile Family Dental Office

Terrible Customer Service!! I went in as a new patient, arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment. I checked in and was handed paperwork with improper writing utensils - as the pens provided didn't work. Once I turned my paperwork in I waited to be called back; about a hour after my scheduled time I got tooken to a room. Once I sat down minutes later the doctor came by proceeded with questions and I answered giving complete short answers he in response. To which afterwards kept telling, "You can just leave, if that's what you want". I than responsed "I came for a appointment to which I've been waiting for a hour now". He than told me "You can leave I won't be seeing you."

Great staff very communicative. Great doctor always on time and quick.

Been going here for 10 years. The doctor and staff are really nice and patient and very concerned of your well-being. I love it. 👍👍

First time here today and love it all ready! Dr was awesome, first dentist visit I ever enjoyed he don't make you go broke eather. Thank you !
