They refused to accept my FSA card only because they didn’t know how to run their own system. Plus, it was loud, crowded, and staff was really rude/slow. Will never come back to this pharmacy.

Some suggestions: If you're unsure about something, ask. I called to ask if I could pay for a prescription, knowing I have done so before, and I was immediately told it was not possible. I had to push a bit to be put on hold only for the person to come back on the line to tell me it was possible, which I already knew. When people walk in, it is extremely impactful to say "just a moment" or something similar if you are busy rather than looking at us and wordlessly moving around behind the counter. We are customers by choice. When people approach the window, a simple "how can I help you?" goes a long way rather than a gruff "yes?". When somebody finally offered me help another employee began speaking to him and actually put his finger up so I would stop talking which was rude enough for me

Very efficient and answered my questions. Delivery was quick and the delivery guy even called to confirm the details of where to drop my meds off. Very happy with their service.
