New Rochelle Prescription Center

terrible service, but at the end of the day they think they are doing us a favor and we have to put up with the aggressiveness of the staff, there is no good customer service, I do not recommend it. I moved from the New London pharmacy in Chelsea because I came to live in New Rochelle, and I thought that this pharmacy was up to par yesterday. I gave this service a try and moved to another pharmacy, however, to anyone reading this review I wholeheartedly recommend that if you see something that is wrong, please look for another pharmacy that will give you what you deserve, respect, empathy, and above all, communication.

Terrible customer service. Was treated so rudely on my visit to the New Rochelle Prescription Center it left me speechless. I was simply asking about a service they provide and the woman treated me with such a dismissive and disrespectful tone, then just turned her back on me and walked away. She was a manager of the store, a very small woman but full of anger. In talking with other customers I was told that she an others in the store routinely treat customers in that manner. I was also told that they are very high priced and some customers felt "ripped off" and would not return to the store. I for one will never return and I know you will be treated far better elsewhere

Called to ask about the status of a prescription. Woman that picked up thought she put me on hold, but didn't, and I heard her call across the room (twice!) "I'm pretending to ask you, but I'm going to say no!" I hung up before she got back on the line. Holy cow, what a disaster of a place.

Big mistake asking for the manager. The guy who answered the phone thought it was appropriate to hang up on me not realizing he didn’t hang up the phone all the way and I heard him laughing with the female associate about hanging up on me. This happened at 6:03PM on 1/9/23 and if ownership knows anything about running a business they will get rid of this tool asap.

Excellent customer service. Needed to get a vision test for drivers license renewal. They are a provider. Helpful that they took an extra step to enter results into the system.
