I had the most amazing experience at this special place earlier today: First off, I discovered from Emma, the beautiful young woman who greets you at the front desk, that Medicare would cover the full cost of my eye examination. I am a Medicare “newbie” and for anyone who, like me, is fresh to this maze of a benefits system knows, it is a wild, new world when you are first in it. Emma has a green thumb, and that, and the fact that the place gets great afternoon light, means that the front office is adorned by beautiful plants. Plants bring joy. I had an emergency my son scraped his eye on the edge of paper and he was in pain and it was swollen. I called the office from urgent care and from receptionist to the doctor A1 service. The receptionist got me an appointment within 30 minutes and within an hour I was sitting with the doctor. The doctor was amazing. My son’s eye was open, no longer hurting and I had a clear explanation of what was happening. Thank you so much. From a dedicated mom.
