As a new patient, I wish I had looked at these reviews first because I am experiencing many of the same issues others have mentioned. The biggest concern is communication, it’s nearly impossible to reach a person through the 877 line, and the MyChart portal is not helpful since messages go unanswered. On top of that, my MRI preauthorization still hasn’t been submitted, even though my visit was over a week ago. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this provider and will be seeking care elsewhere.

This practice is terrible! Communication is awful. When you schedule to see a physician, you don't actually see the doctor. Instead, they send in an assistant. They really just rush you in and out during appointments. After my first appointment the doctor said come back in a month, they scheduled me for almost two months out because that was the only availability. If you're okay waiting 2 months for follow up appointments, you might like this practice but otherwise you are better off going to another practice that actually prioritizes their patients' care.

Excellent care! Don't listen to the negative reviews. This practice saved my husband's life! They spend the time needed for the patient, and they would spend additional time with the same patients who are complaining about them running behind. They are thorough and kind! Their office staff are busy, but they have treated us professionally (consistently). Definitely unlike corporate medicine where you get to see your Dr. for 15 minutes. Thank you again to Dr. Kotler, Dr. Dorsey, and the office staff!

I am being treated by Dr. Dorsey for almost a year now. He has been very attentive and listens. He made a plan for me after tests and I am improving. He is an extraordinary physician.

Horrible service and communication for such a big practice. For such a large group of doctors, unsure why they can't invest in a phone service that actually works. Hour plus long wait on the phone and every time there is a prompt and I hit the number, it just keeps repeating, it wont accept my number entry. Don't get a call back either. This problem has been going on way to long, dealt with this for my dad and my husband. Just trying to reschedule an appt for a family emergency. Also will reiterate someone else's review that the wait for an appointment in person is insane. People in the waiting room and hallway, waited over 1.5 hours. Understandable when there are procedures but when it is just normal visits you know they are triple booking appointments. Hire more staff to at least c
