I had an appointment for 2 MRI'S , got there 10 minutes late because I was lost. Called for directions no help, the girl who answered was not familiar with that area. Finally found it and was 10 minutes late and they only would do 1 test. I understood that because I was 10 minutes late and had to pay $195 copay. Went back for the second test and paid with no problem another $195, but then they were 20 minutes late! They will not give me my money back! Question...how come they can be late 20 minutes and if a I am late I still have to pay another copay? That is very unfair. I filed a complaint with my insurance. They also did not give me the results until 9 days after the test and I followed up daily as well as my Dr . That is not right! Why can they be so late and still charge me the entir

I've never ever had such a wonderful experience. Kindness from the moment I walked in. Spotless. Helpful. Definitely my new imaging place.

Do not go to this location. This is the worst location to ever go to. They demand payment upfront but never say anything when they give you the receipt. It’s asking for your insurance card in case the insurance doesn’t cover payment so Payment is definitely not needed then I had the MRI. I was in so much pain during the MRI And I said I need the recording and they said they couldn’t give me the recording unless the radiologist reads it, but they’ll mail it to the doctor they do not mail anything to the doctor. I confirmed this morning and I also called this location this morning. The doctor never received it and the location says they never mail anything ““ I don’t know why she would’ve said that so if I were you, I’d find a totally different location!

I was recently in a bad car accident and needed several MRIs at once. I was a little nervous because this particular spot, which has an open MRI, didn't really have any reviews at all. They were able to fit me in today, and from sign in to leaving, everything went great. It is in the RWJ Barnabas building, super clean, and staff were so kind. They all seemed genuinely nice, even to each other - it was just good vibes - and one staff member really went above and beyond for me. I happily recommend this imaging center.

Told to arrive for appt 45 mins orior to appt only to SIT in the waiting room after the start of my appt. 45 mins??? All paperwork was done and contrast doesn't take that long. Never an issue with other NJIN Facilities.
