New Jersey Foot & Ankle Centers

My experience at the NJ Foot and Ankle Center was excellent. I went there to address some foot pain I was having in both feet. The staff was very nice, from the front desk staff to the doctors. Dr. Michael Stas met with me and evaluated my problem. They made me inserts for my shoes and now I am feeling MUCH better. He and Dr. Margolin are good souls. You feel that with every interaction. I am so happy I went there. I definitely recommend this office and these doctors. Thank you Dr. Mike!

**Review for office experience ⭐️⭐️ I used to be a regular at this clinic years ago, and my experiences were quite positive! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my recent visit. The receptionist's attitude was disappointing and seemed dismissive, which really impacted my overall experience. It's crucial for a medical office to value their patients, but it felt like the staff believed they were the only option in town. In an industry with so many foot doctors available, I expected a more welcoming and respectful approach. The last thing you want when seeking medical attention is to feel unheard or belittled. My son has autism, we took him there for special treatment for his feet. He was there for a routine checkup on a small issue with his feet. These doctors originally recommended Laser treatment for my son with Autism. He was very nervous with the idea of using Lasers for his feet. We paid for the two treatments of the Laser, yet only got 1. My son, who has AUTISM was scared and crying hysterically in pain during the first session. I asked the doctors to stop immediately. From there, we did not continue with anymore laser treatment. At the next visit, the nurse and receptionist at this NJ Foot and Ankle Centers were joking and telling my son that they were going to use the LASERS AGAIN. Quick same day appointment today. Friendly receptionists. Great service from staff. Dr. Roble is also very helpful and informative. Left with a bandage to check how to start the process of ortho treatment. Highly recommended for folks experiencing foot pains.

Thankful for NJ foot & ankle center! The front desk people, the MA's were very helpful, very compassionate and professional. They always make sure and ask me if i have questions or if I need anything. So lucky to be treated by my Foot Dr. Ibrahim Elkattawy. He is very hands on, smart, very good bedside manner, professional and made me feel always comfortable and confident on my ongoing foot injury journey. He answered all my questions always asked me if i have concerns, questions etc.. All in all my hands and feet are up to them! I know that I am in good hands! 🙌🦶💪👍💯😊❤
