From the first visit with Francesca , who completed the sonogram with such caring and understanding of my husband’s limitations, to Roberta at the front desk( who made us laugh by announcing “a table for two, we are ready for you!!), to meeting Dr. Char, who offered such a wonderful doctor/patient experience- we knew we were in the right place! Dr. Char explained the issue with such aplomb, confidence and calmness, it gave us total reassurance! This is a team that provides one of the best medical services you can find. Roberta, who runs the front office, is one of a kind. Besides being efficient, knowledgeable about procedures, is truly a thoughtful & kind woman. All medical offices need a Roberta to keep appointments on a schedule and is a magician in finding time for Dr. Char to perform his miracles on a daily basis.
