New Image Dentistry

I had oral surgery a few weeks ago, Dr Joe monitored my heath post surgery. I was not healing like I should. Additional antibiotics were needed and another visit required. We did not get the expected healing. My bone graft material had to be removed. Dr Joe and his staff did a great job making me comfortable, and got me started on a path to success. I was seen quickly and the staff concern was obvious. I’m an older gentleman struggling with a compromised immune system from a recent battle with cancer. This team is excellent and I’m grateful for their care.

I receive dental care from Dr. Jose Penaloza and due to him and all the other amazing staff at this location, I will never see another dentist! Dr. Jose Penaloza is not just very knowledgeable in dentistry, but has the kindest and most calm presence to him. When I had to get a filling I was nervous about it, but he made the entire process so easy and it just was as wonderful as the experience could have been. I had to change insurances to one that they do not accept, but they provided me with the smilecare plan which saves so much money along with a payment plan. Although my insurance doesn’t cover their practice, I still choose to pay more out of pocket simply because they are just phenomenal. I am forever grateful and blessed to have such an amazing dentist! You will not regret changing

Terrible experience. After receiving 30 X-ray images before anyone ever asked why I was there…for a simple cleaning. The dentist insisted on a $750 “deep cleaning” when all that my insurance covers is a normal cleaning. My teeth are very healthy. They refused to offer the services covered by my health insurance. The dentist was very rude and abusive in nature. I would avoid this dentist office!!!

Shannon, as always, provided excellent care for my semi-annual cleaning. Very professional and knowledgeable. Makes certain I am comfortable throughout the treatment. Look forward to our updates on family.

I've been coming here for a while and the vast majority of my experiences have been wonderful. I especially loved working with Shannon, my most recent hygienist. She was patient, kind, communicative, and gentle. Absolutely the best I've interacted with yet. I definitely recommend coming here. 🙂
