New Horizon Pharmacy

Stopped by here to buy some face masks for getting over the flu. The pharmacy lady felt bad that they didn’t carry any to purchase so she offered to give me one for free. What a sweet gesture that shows this business cares about its community members. Thank you!!

Today, April 11th, 2023, I called New Horizon Pharmacy for my medication to be delivered. The woman who delivered it calls me at 6:00pm, yelling at me trying to make me rush. I had no home health aide working today so I had to get my medicine myself down 2 flights of stairs. I am just recovering from a stroke and I have diabetic neuropathy on my left leg. I also have been recently operated for gall bladder removal and i have 4 fresh open wounds on my stomach. Once downstars, The New Horizon delivery woman continues to yell at me. I signed for the medication. She pulls away the medication refusing to give it to me after I signed for it so i closed the door and went upstairs. Horizon Pharmacy to me was a good place.I got what I needed to do quick, and they weren't crowded. They are nice in there, so I like this place.

I wouldn't give no star this pharmacy is ridiculous when you want to speak with pharmacist ,they bill anyone without even asking patient .unprofessional
