New Hope Pharmacy

Great experience! I saw this pharmacy on the way to pick up my daughter and decide to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I just moved here from Raleigh. In Raleigh I always used small pharmacies. Small pharmacies tend to treat you better than a CVS etc would. I saw this place and had to give it a try. I am glad I did. The lady who was working was so sweet, very helpful and extremely quick. I don't live very close to this pharmacy but That will not determine from coming back here with any future prescriptions. The customer service was great and and that Means so much to me. All I'm saying is do not judge a book by its cover. Small, individually owned pharmacies Are much better and it's better to support a local business!

Recently had to switch pharmacy's and was confused and worried about the whole process. New Hope made it easy, and answered my questions thoroughly. My medication got filled quickly and efficiently. The shop is so cute, and I'll definitely be going back to browse the CBD selection they have. All around great service, and easy to use.

This is the best pharmacist around in my opinion, not only because of their prices, but the ladies that work there as well as the owner they show so much compassion for their customer's. They also show alot of customer appreciation... I love love love this pharmacy...

Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who isn’t on narcotics meaning I know three individuals that went here that’s why they recommended I go . Each time these individuals went they got their prescription filled a few days early which I thought was great but highly illegal . When I called it was about a medication that was not narcotic it was for morning sickness and the lady pretty much said that I could go buy this on the shelf meaning it wasn’t worth their time . You’re going to fill prescriptions illegally then you should have the same courtesy to those who Aren’t on certain medication that you find not worth your time . So calling to see about what I needed was highly inconvenient and people who pretty much say it’s not worth their time should not work for something of that

At the beginning they were wonderful people. Now I am not happy with this place. My son had his meds filled and I feel he was not given enough medicine so he's missing over half of his medication. I feel it was miscounted. They said it was right but I dont think so. Now my son has to suffer for their mistake. Thats sad. Thanks alot and now its time for a change of pharmacy. Second time for a mistake made for their error.
