New Hope Laser Center

I had a Tattoo Removal session with the woman doctor there and I would recommend to NEVER go to her for tattoo removal. I had One session with her and there was multiple sessions lined up for removal but the first session she ruined me for LIFE!!!!! I have MAJOR SCARING!!!! She had her machine adjusted way to high is what I was told and she went to deep. Leaving me with DEEP wounds!!!! NEVER go to this New Hope Laser center they are not professional's and will leave you regretting you ever went there for HELP!!!! 😭😭😭

Rude staff. Almost every time I call, I am immediately put on hold and no one comes back to the phone so I end up hanging up. The other part of the time, the receptionist is rude over the phone, like she can't be bothered.

I went in there with back and knee pain a week ago and have yet to hear from their office about what is causing my pain and I have to be the one to call them to get results very poor service no one there cares

Front office staff is rude. Administrative staff is incompetent. Nursing staff is disrespectful. Will NOT be back.
