New Hope Cosmetic & Family Dentistry

I switched to New Hope Cosmetic & Family Dentistry 3 years ago after several marginal experiences I’d had with my former dentist and decided it was time for a change. I’d heard good things about this practice and can’t express enough how great they have been, top to bottom! Compassionate, transparent, professional at every level and simply can’t praise them enough and highly recommend; they’re great!

This place is a shame. Their work is decent but they really don’t care about their patients at all. The receptionist (Connie) is a very nasty lady. If you ever need to ask questions or ask for anything other than a visit date she gives you, she will get nasty fast. They don’t manage their schedule well and if you need an emergency visit they will not accommodate you and make you wait a day or two regardless off how much pain you are in. They truly don’t care about their patients and only want your money. If all you need is a cleaning and check up this place should be fine. If you need an emergency visit, want to be treated like crap and wait a long time, maybe this place will still work for you. Not to mention, their office is severely outdated and smells bad. I was a new patient in December for an exam and cleaning. Additionally, I had a specific dental issue that three other dentists couldn’t solve. The cleaning was one of the best ever. They were extremely methodical and thorough. Dr. Rickert then solved my ongoing issue. I had been in discomfort for over a year but she solved it in 10 minutes. I went back in February for a simple filling and the second experience was as efficient and professional as the first. The staff is friendly and in two visits, I was seen on time with no waiting.

Great place, great professional care! I had a spring retainer made here and also have begun doing my 6 month visits here since moving to the area. They're compassionate and do great work- while also making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend
