New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness

This place reminds me of a tv show when I was a kid: Marcus Welby, MD. Nitin is truly an amazing pharmacist. He truly gets to know his customers and spends quality time with them explaining the different medicines. He caught a mistake my family doctor made for one of my family members and it saved her life. I am extremely grateful for having him and his staff in our community!

New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness is such a breath of fresh air. Nitin and his colleagues have created a place where we feel known and cared for, definitely not the typical chain store experience. Seek it out in Logan Square, especially if you’re dealing with a tough illness and need a pharmacy you can rely on consistently. Can’t thank these kind, compassionate and very organized people enough. Highly recommend!

The chief pharmacist at New Hope Pharmacy & Wellness was so enormously supportive & compassionate toward myself & my daughter who was diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer in 2019. We came late to finding NHP&W in her cancer journey. But once we found it, we were both so grateful for its existence & the pharmacist’s incredible kindness to us. My daughter lost her fight against this cancer in October, and again I want to thank the pharmacist Nitin from the bottom of my heart for his humanity & kindness to a mother & daughter suffering from this horrible disease.

This is the perfect pharmacy! They are so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable — I don’t know why anybody would go anywhere else! Nitin greets me by name every time I walk in, and he asks about my kids (also by name). We aren’t there that often, so I have no idea how he remembers us! This is a pharmacy that genuinely cares for and about people. Such a refreshing change from the chain pharmacies!! Could not recommend New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness more strongly.

I highly recommend this local pharmacy. The experience here is night and day compared to CVS, Giant, etc. Nittan, the pharmacist greets you by name when you come in the door. The medications are always ready when we need refills. If you call, a staff member answers so you do not have to deal with automated customer service. I wish we had known about this place years ago!
