New Holland Dental Associates

I’m absolutely impressed with new holland dental associates!! I had two fillings fall out or chip off from my previous dentist-Elite located in Lancaster. I was in so much pain so I called here and they got me in the same day. They were efficient and effective. Super amazing people that work here. They truly care about your health. I ended up having to get one of my tooth’s pulled and the dentist here is like a king of tooth extractions! Thank you to all of new holland dental associates staff!

Bad experience. Was told one price by the front desk and then when the other lady came (im assuming the owner) she proceeded to tell me a different price which was triple of what i was originally told. She wouldnt explain why and didnt let me ask questions, she kept walking away and rushing me. Once in the room i asked the assistant why the price change and i heard the lady owner through the walls saying shes not going to argue with a patient when all i asked respectfully was why i was told two prices. Bad business. They arent descriptive or informational at all and just want to get you in and out asap without answering your questions. The spanish ladies working the desk were great though, sadly wont be back and prefer to pay more elsewhere with better patient service.

I had a really great experience when I had cleaning done today, the hygienist was very gently and educated me on oral health. Rest of the staff was amazing they greeted me very nicely, I will definitely be coming over again.
