New Heights Pediatrics, LLC - Dr. Ayanna Johnson McCray

We have been seeing Dr McCray for the past 5 years and she is absolutely brilliantly fantastic. Her demeanor is amazing when interacting with our kids always from a place of honesty and warmth. Couldn’t ask for a better Dr. for our kids!

I won't go into extreme detail but I am upset and will be finding a new provider. I feel as though every time I, as a mother, am concerned about my child, I am "blown off". Keep the following in mind for future patients: LISTEN to concerns; parents know their children best! Pay attention to WHO you have working your front desk. They are the first AND last face that your patients see. If that person is rude, unfriendly or can't even SMILE at your patients, you immediately start off on a bad foot.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Mccray - That is if you can actually get an appointment to see her! She was amazing with helping me navigate motherhood as a new mom in 2023! This past year customer service has plummeted. While I understand she is the only Dr. at this location they NEVER have sick appointments & often a week wait. Front desk genuinely does NOT care. Urgent care has essentially been my daughter’s primary care this past year as there is NEVER any availability for sick visits. If your child is sick often this is NOT the practice for you.

My husband and I have absolutely loved going to Dr McCray! She is so kind, patient, and great with our son! As new parents she has definitely answered all of our questions. We wish we would have found her sooner! Thank you Dr McCray and staff!

New heights as a business, I’m giving one star. Over the course of 5+ years I have been with Dr. McCray, I have had so much trouble getting into her office. When my children are sick I call to schedule and nothing is ever available, EVER. I have to wait to get an appointment. When I attempted to get appt her staff stated “you should’ve called in the morning” child, it was 911am???????…Her front office staff Is rude and unprofessional. When a mother is feeling hopeless in the situation , I don’t feel I should ever feel like I’m being laughed at because I can’t get in with the pediatrician I’ve been for years & trusted. Now they’re making me create an account to get my records-the runaround. Not only is my child sick but now I have to go through hoops. customer service should always be a fir
