Mary Washington Urgent Care

Made me feel very uncomfortable. First Lady was very understanding when she took my vitals when I explained to her everything she definitely said my symptoms were correct and my diagnosis was on point the Second Lady said nothing was wrong made me feel very uncomfortable, was very snobby didn’t prescribe me with nothing obviously had a fever and was pale but oh nothing was wrong with me didn’t bother to look more into my symptoms and the main reason I came there. My nurse notes didn’t make any sense when I looked at my recap like nothing was wrong but had a fever probably a false test if you ask me. Like she clearly had no care or sympathy, came off aggressive

I am amazed by the quality of care I have experience each time I have been to this urgent care. The staff is so kind and helpful..you can't reasonably ask for more when you're feeling unwell. I do not go that often because obviously urgent care is only designed for certain assessments but I have taken other family members and received the same standards of professionalism.

From the time I entered until I left the MWUC in King George, I was treated with respect, care and professionalism. Jennifer, Courtney and Lisa worked as a team to meet my needs in an excellent manner. I let them know they are appreciated. Please do the same! Thank you. ;-)

Don’t use Amy, just go home! All of our previous experiences have been professional, friendly, and efficient. Amy was comfortable stating “medical facts” about medications that have been confirmed false by at least 6 other providers and 2 pharmacists. Spreading such misinformation is dangerous, and prevents patients from getting actual science based treatment. Five stars for this facility, but zero for Amy.

My daughter came in very sick, waiting 90 minutes at least, she was supposed to be next in line and we waited forever. The receptionist was very rude when I asked how much longer. She said if an emergency comes in they see them first, which I understand but no one looked more urgent than her. She possibly had water in her lungs after a boat accident. How much more urgent did she need to be!! Where are the good people who used to work here like Amanda?
