This is regarding the review regarding insurance/money issues. "GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT" about they're services. The very 1st appointment isn't just a consultation? It consist of the full examination, education of TMJ, xrays, and study models. Second, it clearly states on they're website that "they are not participating providers" of any insurance whether it be medical or dental, however, they do fill out the forms needed for patients to submit themselves. Most medical facilities here in the Triad are out-of-network with insurance and don't participate!!

Listen everybody! My daughter has been in pain for over a year with the braces on. Once we went to this Dr., I felt we may have a chance. In the beginning I didn’t quite understand but now I’m glad we chose to go with this office. After everything was explained, let me just say it was well worth it. I’m literally in tears just thinking about how pain free my child has become with the appliance he made for her. He is such the perfectionist in everything he does. I wouldn’t trade going to him for nothing in the world. I thank this office from the bottom of my heart. I am so happy and whatever it takes for my child to continue on this path it’s done. Thank you, thank you, and Thank you for everything. I might add, the office is so pleasant and clean. That is also important to me. This place

I was in terrible pain...jaw, ear aches, my weight was dropping almost daily. I couldn't eat or chew. Dr. Gold was recommended by a friend. My whole life has changed. He knew just what to do. The retainers that he made for me have worked miracles . Pie, his assistant, is a jewel. She can answer your questions in a heartbeat. The whole experience has been wonderful. Thank you for all you have done.

I digested this one for about a week-was mad enough when I left the office that I would’ve left a one star had the Dr and front staff not been very nice. Just food for thought when a client tells you on three different occasions that they are looking for a particular procedure-if you can’t accommodate, just say we wish we could, usually do, but can’t right now-I would’ve given you a 350 deposit for when you could without the bad review. Initial call- asked what kind of injections they did and if they treated temporal tendonitis was told they did-explained that’s what I was looking for and asked about prolotherapy. 2nd call-followed up just to make sure, as I’ve spent thousands of dollars and many many hours researching my issue-did not need another lesson-I’ve done the research, spent ma

Not for average people. $1400 just for the consultation and they will NOT file insurance. So unless you’re rich their services are not available to you.
