I had my first knee replacement on May 2 and went to NEOS for physical therapy. Geoff and Josh were phenomenal. My rehab was specifically designed for me and my need to recover by June 27 to have my right knee replacement. I returned to physical therapy after my right knee and Geoff and Josh helped me recover so I was able to return to work two weeks early. My therapy was A+. They knew how to push me and strengthen my knees. My recovery was quicker than most people and that was due to the expertise of Geoff and Josh. I highly recommend Northampton NEOS to anyone who needs physical therapy. Alyssa who works the office was phenomenal. Great attitude and very smart. Thanks to NEOS for my smooth recover

Both of my therapists, Carissa and Mo were personable, knowledgeable, and seemed to truly care about my injuries, surgeries, and recovery. They were always immediately responsive during my sessions, regardless of other patients they had at the time. Having them also as sounding boards (and "witnesses" to my recovery after being hit by a truck in a crosswalk) was invaluable. I am forever indebted to them for my physical recovery and current emotional well being. Re: other reviews here about front desk, my experience is that the person I mostly saw was very professional and business like. The other was similar but perhaps a bit faster to smile. And I know none of us want to be in pain or limited from physical issue or accidents, but being admin staff in healthcare means having a thankless

NEOS has really good staff and Doctors. All locations are super!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would absolutely horrible people here from the front and staff who are rude and mean to myself and other patients lack of privacy my PT doctor was very rude and put her political views on me talking about anti-vaccine anti-masking and her big Trumpy supporter Which is unprofessional of a doctor. My PT doctor also has taken it upon herself to be working sick and coughing and sneezing on me because of her actions now I have a bad case of bronchitis when I called two weeks in a row to tell the staff that I couldn’t come in cause I was sick because of this other PT doctors actions that made me sick because of my auto immune disease They told me that I couldn’t go back there as a patient even though it’s their fault that I’m sick.
