I saw Dr. Conul once for an in grown toe nail. My first appointment I arrived early, I submitted everything online insurance card etc., when I went to check in upon arriving they told me they didn’t have any of my info, after asking to see my sent emails they realized it was throught the portal and found my info. The visit was pleasant and Dr. Conul was quick and made sure I wasnt in too much pain. The next time I arrived avout 30 mins early and was waiting in my car until my appointment. Then the office called me and advised that they had to cancel my appointment and I had to go to an ER. The third time I had an appointment at 8:30 and arrived at 8:40. I’ve been visiting NEFA for laser treatment on my toenails and recently had custom orthotics made. The laser treatment is working great! After 6 months the ugly yellow hard toenails I had for years have given way to clear new healthy nails. And I’m not embarrassed to go without nail polish! The orthotics have helped with my ankle, knee and back pain just like the Dr. said it would. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I wouldn’t let any other doctor touch my feet! From my first time calling the office I felt welcomed and comfortable. I had been holding out on seeing a podiatrist due to anxiety and a past bad experience and I am so happy with the kind, understanding, and knowledgeable staff. I first saw Dr. Tedesco in late October for plantar fasciitis, which at that time I had for about 3 weeks. He seemed to do a thorough exam and gave me some conservative treatment options. I decided I would try orthotics and laser treatments based on his recommendations. He told me I needed x-rays. I asked if they'd be covered by insurance, he said they should but they weren't so I received a bill for it. I have no idea why he wanted me to have x-rays for a soft tissue/fascia injury, it's not a bone injury. $$$ for them I guess. The orthotics cost $500 and were very hard/rigid and uncomfortable.
