Dr. Madeline McGuire is the absolute best Dermatologist I have ever been to in my life. Friendly, great bedside manner, professional and thorough! The girls that work in reception are so very helpful and friendly. I drive from Springfield to the Northampton just to be served by this top notch medical team. Five stars !!

Dr. Mcmurrich is the kind of doctor everyone hopes to find. After my melanoma years ago, I now see her every nine months for full skin checks. I have so many moles that my primary care doctor graciously admitted this was beyond her lane. Dr. Mcmurrich is the ultimate professional — easy to talk to, attentive, genuinely interested in my perspective, and thoughtful in offering options. Her level-headed, conservative approach means she monitors carefully without turning each visit into a game of “guess which mole gets removed today” — a relief for anyone who’s been down that road. I leave every appointment reassured, confident, and still looking like the person I remember in the mirror. Dr. Mcmurrich is top-notch in every way.

If you are looking for a top notch Pediatric Dermatologist, I cannot recommend Dr. West enough. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her speciality, she is an absolute gem of a person. She is extremely personable with both my boys and her bedside manner is hard to beat. I am very selective and critical of care for our kiddos and she meets and exceeds our expectations. Highly recommend

I met Dr. McMurdoch (sp?) for the first time. She was wonderful, an attentive listener. Though I did not have an active skin issue other than mild annoyances. She took the time to see what I had been dealing with a couple of years ago ( I also have lupus, which complicates everything), and actually validated me with an on point diagnosis. Brachioradial (sp?) Pruritis, a nuetopathic condition stemming from compressed cervical nerves. I appreciate her so much for that revelation!

They ask for you to get there 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time then waited 1/2 hour before getting called in, then another 15-20 minutes before Dr came in all for maybe 6 min with the Dr. although she thanked me for my patients which was nice, I had another appt to go to which I missed. So I think the office needs better time management.
