I highly recommend that you do not go to New England Dental on Federal Road in Brookfield! On a recent visit, the always rude dental assistant cut my lip while holding an instrument. My lip kept bleeding while I was still in the chair. Nothing like that has ever happened to me, and I am 61. On my next visit, I made a complaint about what happened and I did not receive an apology. Their previous dentist was excellent, however their current dentist does not communicate well and is completely incompetent. I was numb, on that last visit, so could not feel that his blue glove was rubbing against my lower lip. After the Novocain wore off, my lip hurt and became swollen. I will never go back there again!
