I wouldn't normally rave about having a cavity filled, but my experience was so good with Dr Patel that it made me glad to have chosen this dental office. The procedure was quick, painless, and felt afterward like nothing had happened (no discomfort or uneven bite). He also quickly fixed my permanent retainer wire as a last minute request, something a previous dentist had denied me. That was huge.

I have been getting my teeth cleaned with water flossers for decades. There is always a varying degree of discomfort that accompanies this cleaning technique for me. Allie (not sure if this is the correct spelling) cleaned my teeth for the first time today, and there was absolutely zero discomfort. As with everyone at NED, she was attentive and professional. Great experience!

I used to really like this practice, but my experience in 2023 changed that completely. I went in for a cracked tooth and specifically made an appointment to see the dentist. When I arrived, they insisted I had to have a cleaning first, even though I did not come in for a cleaning. They also took X-rays, which I assumed were for the cracked tooth, but nothing was clearly explained. Throughout the appointment I was told I would see the dentist afterward. I even heard him talking in the hallway outside my room, but he never came in. After more than an hour of waiting, they finally told me he “had an emergency surgery,” which didn’t seem truthful based on what I overheard. In the end, nothing was done about the reason I was there. No evaluation of the cracked tooth, no next steps, no treatm

Always a pleasant experience. The staff is nice and courteous. Very little wait time was pretty much in. Got my procedure done and then out. My dentist and the staff are awesome.

Very skilled staff. The place is welcoming and long appointments are handled with so much attention to how I was doing. Highly recommend them
