Definitely don’t recommend!!! staff talk bad about the residents on some halls and don’t know how to communicate, mean to the residents when they walk in there room. Place is very clean but the staff are horrible to the people in there

My mom was admitted in March . She was sent over from Union hospital and they almost killed my mom 3x . They are not equipped to deal with people with breathing problems or machines. They tried to lie to me and my sister and if I had not went there at almost 1:00 am my mother wouldn't be here today,when I walked into her room and found her with oxygen levels at 54 that night nurse lied to us when we called to check on her . That's a horrible place to be . I would also sit there the entire day and not see 1 nurse come to check on her or my mom's roommate. The only person who came in the room dropped of some nasty looking food and that was it.

Highly DO NOT recommend!! Not for your loved ones to stay and not for employment purposes!! VERY rude staff and especially the management , including to the employees who make less and talking about residents with one another. Workers are not made to keep their areas clean at all. The whole place is overly unorganized all the way around. Zero stars.

DO NOT THINK ABOUT PUTTING A FAMILY MEMBER HERE!!!!!! we regret putting my grandma her but it stinks and there’s always calls going off and no one‘s ever attending to any other residents. They just silence the call and sit at the nurses station. Horrible care i feel bad for anyone that lives there these nurses ,nurses aids don’t deserve to be nurses, nurses aids🤷🏻‍♀️🫩 if I could buy 0 stars i would!!!!

This place is horrible. If you don't care about your family, this would be the place to send em. A nurse lied to me. My mother was having difficulty with her machine and they said they'd have to keep her on just oxygen until the next day when they could look at the machine. A nurse said that they would keep an eye on her. It had been hours and we hadn't heard from our mother who is usually chatty. So my sister asked me to call and ask them to check on her. I did and specifically asked with her name and room number. The girl asked me to wait fifteen minutes and call back. Not a problem. I waited fifteen minutes, called back and spoke to an older woman giving her name and room number. She said your mom doesn't want disturbed. Her husband has been blowing her up and she doesn't want to talk t
