Inconsistent Care: reports of serious issues with clinical protocols, emergency response, and discharge planning, especially for complex needs. Staffing Issues: understaffing and overworked aides, leading to potential neglect or delays in care. Food Quality: Mixed feedback, with some finding it good and varied, while others found it unappealing or cold. Facility Appearance: found parts of the facility dark, dingy, and out dated. Me my wife came in out of state visiting our aunt on the assistant living side this was in November. We met a young gentleman that was the maintenance man I believe his name was Justin .he was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable on the facility .I think he only been there a month or so but we came back yesterday and found out he was gone . Mom was a resident here a few years back. They had a few renovation projects going on after she moved in. Liked that they had an exercise room on site. My granddaughter liked visiting to see the waterfall in the lobby. They provided good care for my mom. Best community she stayed in.

My dad is there now. Unable to move or walk buzzes for nurse waits 30 to 45 minutes before someone comes in. Obviously he’s not able to go to restroom and is yelled at like a child when he can’t hold it. Today is the 6th time. Talked to administrator and problem not resolved. No phones in rooms food served cold. Diabetes and is given sugared cereals he refuses to eat them and gets no replacement.

There are people there that don't need to be there the yelling from residents is ridiculous patients are rude to staff. Don't sign any papers

Country club of dover is an amazing place. I am a resident there and i will never leave. The Staff is Super Amazing and very helpful. When you put your light on in a matter of seconds they are there helping you out, even if its just to talk. The food is great too. The administrator is really nice. The place is always clean. I recommend here to everyone who needs it . and definitely over look all negative reviews because they are all lies! Take it from me at first hand , I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT AND I will not go anywhere , EXCEPT WHEN ITS MY TIME TO GoWITH GOD . THIS IS A 5 STAR PLACE.
