New Chapters in Healthcare Education

One of THE best CNA classes in Spokane, Washington. Peggy K is one of THE best, most caring, compassionate, loving, soft, kind, knowledgeable and supportive people I know. Her knowledge as a nurse is unmatched and her kindness is beyond belief. You can tell she loves what she does as it is conveyed in her teaching. I will forever recommend New Chapters. You won’t find the type of care and compassion Peggy is able to provide in any other school.

Peggy took learning to a new level for me. She cared about each individual student genuinely. Made sure we all understood the course work, and what we needed to know to be the best CNA you can be. Physically and mentally. As well as future nurses.

Peggie and her staff at New Chapters are phenomenal people and educators. The program and her method of teaching hits all the aspects to help encourage learning From visually learning to auditory, Kinesthetic, reading & writing and the use of logic. She has a feel good and comfort teaching style. The facility is great as well. Located in Central Spokane, the multiple classroom areas lend space to brake into groups for collaboration and team work. Her staff is very kind and knowledgeable, helpful and add that special touch to her program. They are a wonderful, special group of people. I highly recommend.

This class was life changing for me. I love learning and Peggy is such a wonderful teacher on book material and most importantly on empathy. My classmates were also amazing and I networked with so many people and I am inspired to change career fields to care for people in healthcare and will be workin on attaining my RN degree. I highly recommend this class! You will love it!

This was the best experience with the best instructor Peggy! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a 3 week program that wants to learn from the best and get real life experience. This class prepares you for every aspect of the work force and you make great connections along the way!!
