New Castle Dental

Made an appointment to get my retainer reglued 2 weeks ago. I was called the day before my appointment telling me they won't see me ever again because I was a previous patient and had went to another dentist when they wouldn't accept my employers dental plan. Everything was so unprofessional and now I am having to make arrangements to find a new dentist and appointment to get my problem fixed.

I got off of my 6 month rotation accidentally (completely my fault) and finally came back to them today, also took my kids there for the first time (3 and 5). My kids each got a different hygienist and the professionalism, patience, and care that they provided was incredible. I’ve always loved Dr’s Tammi and Doug, but this is my first experience with 3 different hygienists and all 3 were fantastic. Especially if you have young children.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Doug for 4 years. In this area you could not find a finer dentist with a more modern practice . The staff are always professional, friendly and helpful making the care you receive exceptional . Recently ( Christmas time ) I had some work done that became pretty involved once my old crown was removed and it turned out fine . They took the time to do things correctly despite it not being the routine procedure we anticipated . Dr Doug called that night and again the following day to make sure I was okay and didn’t need anything . I’d be pleased to recommend New Castle dental to anyone .

Do not recommend! Have 4 kids that went to every appointment, they called me to cancel the appointment so I rescheduled and they told me I missed my last appointment for all kids and refuse to allow them back ! All because they called to cancel on me and forgot to take them off the schedule! Which they are the only ones to take the insurance so once again New Castle dental screwed me over... Wasn't the first time either... If you care about your childrens teeth, go somewhere else ... Pulled my 5 year olds tooth without being numb and told her it don't hurt sit still! People are quack.

Had to go to Dr Doug and Dr Tammi for a root canal a couple of years ago. They are both so kind and I would Highly recommend. If only my insurance still covered them. 😞 they’re the best dental practice around!
