Very nice staff and they are quick on getting your prescriptions ready, you do have to call to let them know to get it ready though.

On call doctor called meds in for my son on Friday. Was originally sent to North Field Park, but there was some sort of mix up. Only way to get it on weekend was here. Was told to call to make sure they got it and can fill the script. My wife calls and calls and calls. No one would answer the phone. 3 hours after opening I drove over and yes they got it will be ready in 30 minutes. The lady asks for my number and they'll call when ready. Great!! They never called. An hour later I call, no answer again. I go back there. I say you never called. She states we called this number. That is not my number you asked for my number and wrote it down. We've called all morning why doesn't anyone answer the phone? Silence, wouldn't look at me. Never again will I use this pharmacy. There were 3 people w

My dentist sent over a prescription around 1:15 pm and they (my dentist) said it would take awhile for them to make it. I was fine with that because I had to go back to work. After work at 4:30 pm, I go to pick it up and was told they didn't fill it yet because you have to call and let them know that you want it filled and that that was their policy since COVID. I had no idea about that - I don't usually use this pharmacy and my dentist office didn't mention it. They're told me that it would be about an hour for them to get it made and that they would call me when it was ready. I leave and go home for them to call less than 10 minutes later that it was ready for pick up. So it took 2 trips instead of 1 to get my prescription.

Forced to have all prescriptions filled there or none . Came in two’s like I was going to be rude? Called Walmart asked about the so called rule and they said that is Fred’s rule not state law. Felt very degraded. Was asked if I was getting them all filled there or none. So if one pharmacy continues to have your medication on back order and you go to another all prescriptions have to be moved, glad the place wasn’t packed, embarrassed enough.
