I needed help when I moved here from out of town and needed help to find doctors and clinics and these people really stepped up to the bat for me. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a neighborhood pharmacy with friendly, courteous, professional and kind people. Thank you all again. All of the staff at New Britain Pharmacy are amazing. Especially Pharmacist Abby. She always takes the time to make sure you understand what medications you are taking and especially takes the time to ensure your health while taking the medications. I also want to say the ladies that have delivered to myself and family always show compassion and are very caring. This pharmacy is the best! When I call they know who I am, have my prescriptions at their fingertips, are willing to do their best to get my prescriptions to me as soon as I need them. As I do not drive this is service I am always do grateful for. I tell everyone I know, and all my doctors, about this pharmacy. Especially anyone who complains about long lines at other pharmacies. I can’t thank the pharmacists and staff enough for their care of me over the years.

“I am deeply disappointed in the carelessness of this pharmacy regarding my mother’s medication. She depends on them to provide her medication in med-boxes, but they failed to deliver her new pack on time. I was shocked and anxious to find her med-box empty, knowing that they are closed on Sundays. This oversight is unacceptable, as it could have had serious consequences on her health. If this pharmacy is responsible for providing such an essential service, they need to prioritize consistency and dependability. I truly hope they make changes to prevent this from happening to anyone else.”
