MovEvolution Physical & Performance Therapy - New Britain

My son was in a Super Fight for Jiu Jitsu and MovEvolution was offering massage and stretching services. My son is nine and did the stretching and he LOVED it! They were so friendly and enjoyed talking to my son all about his fight. Very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend!!!

First and foremost, Richard is a genius in the field in my humble opinion. I went to him today for an exam which normally runs an hour and Richard spent 2 hours without charging me anything extra. He is extremely kind and generous in offering you his expertise and knowledge without any reservations. My guy checked everything in my body to pinpoint where and why there are problems and then offered detailed solutions to each one of them individually. There are not too many human beings willing to help you on the level Richard does. He is now family to me just after seeing him for one visit and I’m forever indebted to him for giving me hope that my condition will improve given I follow the plan. Please keep doing what you do Richard you my brother are a blessing and a true difference maker. P

I had issues with my shoulders and mid back and during one session Richard was able to give me exercises to improve my strength and mobility. My body felt a lot looser after the session and I felt that I had a much better range of motion. The excercises are easy to understand and are tailored to use with tools you already have at home. Highly recommend.

Richard offers just what I need to help strengthen my body and my overall health. I have a lot of flexibility and mobility issues and he is able to offer a complete analysis and understanding of what is needed. I’m glad to have found someone that can offer more than just the basic physical therapy and instead can give the complete package to help me pinpoint my needs and work on them.

I went to see Richard because I was experience stiffness in my right hip and pain in my legs that was preventing me from meeting my goals of running a 5k and progress to longer races. I was unable to train beyond my first race. Richard identified my issue and we were able to work through the problem so I could gain mobility and strength in my hip.
