New Britain Dental Associates

I reached out to New Britain Dental about a year ago. I needed an implant and a new dentist who was more current in dental procedures. Dr. Tyler Sorensen was very accommodating and scheduled me in immediately. Dr. Sorenson knows I do not like any pain and he made me feel very comfortable during the procedures. The front desk especially Rose is very friendly and caring. Twice I needed to see Dr Sorenson due to two separate dental emergencies and Rose got me right in. Dr Sorenson’s wife, Dr. Diane Silva is also a dentist and has also performed dental procedures for me. Both dentists are truly awesome.

I can't say enough good things about New Britain Dental. Tyler is a phenomenal dentist who worked absolute magic with my dental implant. He was very patient and understanding of my reluctancy to move forward with the implant. He explained, in detail, how the process would work. There were no hidden fees or procedures. He also made sure the implant was a perfect fit and matched my existing teeth. Also, the staff are very friendly and accommodating of other’s schedules. And Rose is relentless with hunting down and getting answers from the insurance providers Tyler, thank you very much! I can now eat and enjoy corn on the cobb (which I have done) without worrying about loosening or losing my bridge!

The front desk staff is great. They have been more then accommodating with me. Always kind and pleasant. Dr. Silva is wonderful. Takes her time explaining and answering questions. Warm yet professional personality. Does excellent work. Office is spotless. Would highly recommend. Referred my whole family to this practice.

I have not been in quite a while. I have multiple issues that have compiled over the past 3 years. The group welcomed me back and have quickly established a treatment plan to get me back on track. I look forward to improving my dental health and this is the group to do it with! I am 3 months in to my treatment plan. Included in my plan was a full removal of my upper teeth and the placement of implants. My gums are healing and the group is checking my progress regularly. Everyone here is top notch and they genuinely care, and that feels good!

Receptionist Rose is very kind and patient. Dr. Silva is gentle and thoroughly explains procedure to be performed. All the dental hygienists are friendly, however i know Donna the best since she assists with my care often. Her quiet calm demeanor puts me at ease. I most definitely recommend New Britain Dental for dental care. I forgot to mention Janice Jayne and Kristen. They also are kind and pleasant.
