Kayla Bauer is a highly skilled massage therapist whose expertise has significantly improved my neck and back comfort. Her application of myofascial release techniques has effectively addressed sinus congestion, facilitated lymphatic drainage, and alleviated jaw tension. During my last massage, on 9/16/25, she utilized a combination of sports massage and therapeutic massage. I highly recommend Kayla Bauer, as she offers a variety of massage options tailored to individual needs.
