Our dentist in San Antonio recommended this practice after our practitioner moved out of state. Despite the drive, it was still well worth it. My kids loved the waiting room (what a weird thing to say, right?) and they both asked when we could come back again. The front office staff was very friendly, and the dentist and hygienist went out of their way find solutions to my daughter's unique dental situation. The follow through was also top-notch, and by far not what I expected for a first time patient to the office. Thank you for your time, your kindness, and your expertise. Definitely recommend this dentist.

Amazing work, I have gotten all my wisdom teeth taken out here they are amazing workers and take pride in doing their job correctly the front desk ladies are always very welcoming and nice the ladies in the back always kept me relaxed while getting such operations done, I always forget the guys name who actually pulled my teeth out, but he is great he always makes sure to let me know where we are at, why it’s hurting like it is and keeps me updated throughout the entire process I would strongly recommend coming here if you want your teeth taken care of

I really wanted to come and share my experience because as a first time mom who is also new to the new Braunfels area I always get really nervous about any type of Dr or dentist appointments my son is only 14 months old now so this was his first time at a dentist and I was so impressed by how patient and caring our dentist was Robert H offutt is the best! He really took his time with my son and he was so kind to me as well and really made me and my son feel comfortable they gave us a toy at the end too and a new toothbrush with stickers for him! The whole office is an experience in itself they have anything to accommodate a child who might be nervous about the dentist. The staff is so helpful and also so friendly and nice it was just an overall great experience and I’m actually excited to

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Offett and his team. As new parents, we were nervous about our newborn’s tongue tie procedure, but they made us feel completely at ease. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional—explaining everything clearly and showing genuine care for our baby. The procedure was quick, and the results have been wonderful. We’re so grateful for their exceptional service and compassion. Highly recommend and can’t say enough good things about Dr. Offett and his team!

I don’t even know where to start. This place is incredible! My baby had a severe lip and tounge tie and we were really struggling with nursing. They got me in within 20 minutes of calling and the whole experience from start to finish was the best. I can’t say enough about these people that treat you like family. I didn’t feel rushed at all, they were so sweet to my baby and I (it’s hard for a mama handing your baby over for a procedure) but he did amazing and has improved so much with nursing! Thank you so much for your kindness and making me feel at ease and cared about.
