New Braunfels Pediatric Associates at Common Street

My daughter has been using this pediatrician office for most of her life and I have never been DISPLEASED as much as I am today. We had a well check today. I go up to the front and the receptionist ROXIE started off with a yeah when I walked up instead of how can I help you or something similar. Was very rude about check in and just had a sour attitude and not just torwards me, I watched her have the SAME attitude to a couple other patients/parents. This is not the first time I've been to this office recently since the switch of companies that the receptionist were rude. Not friendly. Or not helpful. I suggest doing better. You work in a children's pediatric office being kind and helpful should be the first thing that happens when you enter the office. We used to love this place. Always so

I've been taking my kids here since 2011. The vast majority of my experiences have been 100% positive from start to finish. The doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I like less as of the last few years: they seem to have outsourced their phone lines and sometimes that can turn a simple question into a fifteen minute phone call. I always recommend NBPA to local parents looking for a pediatrician.

Plan on being there for hours. Every visit they happen to be “short staffed” or “only have 3 rooms open” ….. This is just how they operate on the daily so don’t be fooled. They don’t seem to be familiar with kids with disabilities and you cannot contact the clinic by phone- you only get to speak with a call center. Came in for an appointment to have ppw signed and they never faxed it in for my sons nursing services! Can’t reach them by phone so have to go up there physically to sort it out and they are clueless. Overall a poor experience the last 1.5 years. Looking forward to establishing care elsewhere.

Obsessed with Dr. Vera! She has a way with my baby! She was able to make her smile and giggle. Staff are so friendly! We felt very comfortable. Even the aesthetics is so adorable all hand painted walls in each room. I’ll go as even far as to say definitely better than love and grow service wise.

Front desk staff does fine. However we have consistently waited for 45 minutes to an hour for the doctor to see us in the room which is also not baby proofed at all. Dr. Raban does not know what she’s doing when it comes to younger children (toddler aged) as my son has never been able to sit still for her. Probably doesn’t help that he’s very grumpy with having to wait so long in a cramped room. We’ve since switched pediatricians at a different office and have not experienced anything like we have with Dr. Raban
