New Braunfels ER & Hospital

I had a great experience at New Braunfels ER & Hospital. The facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and they had plenty of snacks and drinks available, which really helped during my stay. The food was surprisingly great for a hospital. The staff were extremely professional and attentive throughout my visit. My nurse, Rachel, was outstanding — kind, responsive, and made me feel well cared for. Dr. Hernandez was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which put me at ease. Overall, the level of care, comfort, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Even the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend New Braunfels ER & Hospital.

I can’t say enough great things about New Braunfels ER. I stayed there while detoxing, and the level of care I received was truly outstanding. The staff was absolutely amazing — Leanne and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, supported, and cared for every step of the way. They treated me with compassion, respect, and zero judgment, which meant more than I can put into words. The facility itself was extremely clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and having access to all the TV I wanted made the stay much easier during a tough time. Even the food was amazing — far better than you’d ever expect from a medical facility. The BEST ER I’ve ever been to! I’ve been coming here ever since I move to NB in 2023. I’m in the waiting room for no more than 5 mins and in the back for no more than an hour. They listen, they treat, and they release. I feel like VIP every time I come through those doors and I’m so thankful for this place! Thank you for all you guys do! Truly amazing people 🙏🏻

My daughter was brought to this ER when she was with her father and fell in the grocery store, hitting her head first on the cart and then on the floor. Dr. Vasco Cheuk was absolutely amazing! His care and gentleness with a child was reassuring and helped my four year old to feel comfortable in his care. Thank you Dr. Cheuk and staff for taking such good care of her!

My son needed staples in his leg and was very scared and nervous. Dr. Pinto took excellent care of him, talking him through the entire process and being as gentle as possible. He was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. A truly great and caring doctor- I highly recommend.
