Neville Center

The facility was very clean. I was there for pulmonary issues. The staff exceptionally helpful. The Physical Therapist, were pleasant, informative and patient, they too were terrific. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Plentiful and great. Hats off to the cook! I would recommend Neville.

It was wonderful been at Neville rehab great people very helpful pt Jennifer was fantastic I appreciate all her work and guidance can't say enough about her , Ot Tyler and Tara as well .Nurses and the cnas always ready to help when called not forgetting Geni and rest of crew thank you much appreciated 👏 👍 Maureen

This is the worst place to be in, was there it's horrible i didn't get breakfast one morning another night didn't get supper when I called Nurse, she said kitchen was closed. Another time I was to get ice chips took there sweet time hours Had to go to bathroom they said I'll be there in 5 10 minutes but,in fact it was like 25 to 30 mins I said something to the person, her response was i was on break!!!! Never will I go there again i was told it was a 4 star don't believe everything you hear! But, the night i didn't get supper I was brought 2 pieces of bread and peanut butter and jelly and a knife ,here you go make your own sandwich bread wasn't that fresh so not a good place to be

The food is very good, the rooms and grounds are well kept. The televisions sometimes have issues if both beds are in use where they sync up and the care team is hot and cold. Sometimes they are very pleasant, helpful, and sincere and some or sometimes they are rude, combative verbally, and reluctant.

Everyone was kind & professional. My partner was there for a week. It was very good to see how all the helpers were dealing with ‘emerging curriculum’.ie.: before getting physical therapy, my partner needed a new ‘Depends’, the therapist nicely took care of that change. Thumbs way up!! Mark W.
