I’ve been with this office for five years unfortunately . I would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone . Five years and no answer . After you do any test The next thing they resort to is just changing your medicine every time you come in If they can’t find out why you have seizures . I explain my appointments to people as if I come in take a sobriety test and go home . What’s the point of wasting my time if you aren’t going to put the effort as a specialist to try and help the individual find the cause behind why they have these seizures ? Why even be in the field ?

Just because of the reviews, I canceled my appointment. I've worked in the medical field for years and worked along side doctors. I know first hand how staff and doctors can be, so yes I believe what I read was true. Upon my cancellation I spoke with Dawn, she was very nice until I told her I'd like to cancel and then her true self came out! Just another validation why I did not want to be a patient here.

These people are all about the money!! 4 visits multiple MRI’s! When I finally got to see the Dr (Ogden) he didn’t even know my case. He was flipping through papers as if he had never seen it. Didn’t know I had certain test done until I mentioned it. Did not review the concerns that caused me to have yet another MRI. Just said nothing I can do for you. That, after his PA said there WAS something they could do for me. He shook my hand and said, Good Luck to you! And walked out. I would love to know how much money this office made after all the tests and visits. I’m still in terrible pain and have been passed on to pain management to deal with me. More money for the BVH machine! Side note…Wish you could have seen the most expensive outfit Mr Got Rocks wore into my appt. $$$$$ Find

I can not say enough about Dr. Ogden and his team. I was in the most extreme pain I've ever dealt with in my life, and he was able to fix me. This is the only surgery I've ever had, and as it goes, with all things being as they were, it was a great experience to find a doctor who actually cares. From the first day I met him and his staff to the last visit they treated me and my wife so well. I would recommend Dr. Ogden 1000 times over.

Where do I even start with this place?!? First off, they can never EVER get your refills done correctly. I have battled with them from almost the start to get all my epilepsy meds to be refilled all at the same time. They will send some to express scripts (where they are supposed to go) then some to rite aid. Sometimes the meds don’t get filled at all. Also, the staff is about the rudest you’ve ever come across, that’s if you see the same person there twice. (They have super high turn over) Honesty my epilepsy warriors RUN don’t walk away from this horrific place!
