Heather is a wonderful, caring, friendly, knowledgeable OT who took the time to explain what was going on and how we could work together to fix the problems. I greatly appreciated her willingness to listen and offer the help and needed support and encouragement. I left the office feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in need of therapeutic services!
Heather found an issue with the area I had surgery on. Made the Dr aware and now we are scheduled to go have it looked at. If it wasn't for Heather's keen eye and experience I may not have had this addressed.
Heather is a very knowledgeable professional. She explained things so I knew why I'm having problems and gave me a clear plan to fix them.
Heather helped me after my Rotator Cuff surgery. She did a great job! She cares about her patients and she helped me a a great deal! Thanks Heather!
