I beeen without my medication for months then they only sent me 7 pills I can have a seizure u taking the wrong dose I I don’t see why they haven’t been calling in my medication an they called my medicine to a pharmacy that is no longer in business rite aide who’ dose that it is neglect of a patient

To be clear, I DID NOT SEE A DOCTOR HERE. I called this office today because the pain from the shingles and PHN I've been living/suffering with the last 6 weeks took on a new characteristic in the last 2 days. It's the sensation of being stabbed with a needle in my back repeatedly - severe, intense pain for 5-10 seconds. It comes and goes every 5-10 minutes, and since i've been dealing with this disease for about 6 weeks now, and the doctor in the ER, whom I saw at the outset of the virus recommended seeing a neurologist. I described the painful situation above to the person who answered the phone. She said "The first available appointment with any doctor here is September 27." Good luck to anyone who calls there trying to get an appointment to address immediate concerns.

We had an appointment at 3 o'clock at this place with the card they give you for the appointments. but supposedly since we have the wrong number onfile ,they were calling us to confirm and since they didn't have the correct number and we didn't pick up they just decided to give priority to order people that they didn't even have appointment and leave us waiting for around 40 mins for an app that will only take about 5 mins so that was very an acceptable. So we couldn't wait any longer so we decided to go back later at 4:40 that apparently was the opening spot that they had.To my concern in other places that you have appointments the patient is the one that has to call to cancel the appointment or change it so if you don't cancel or change it that means you are going to show up so they can

I do not recommend the person on the phone moya was really rude to be and I don’t think that’s how u should talk to patients her tone was very disgusting.
