Neurology Diagnostics, Inc. (this site closed - use Centerville office)

I dealt with Dr. Vander sleuths and Kimberly, Myers and is all I can say, is good luck, it's been about 3 or 4 years and Kimberly, Myers told me I was faking it after I only told them I was running out of money. It seemed like when I told Kimberly, Myers, all this testing, we were running out of money, and we were using our 401K. Because the insurance wasn't paying for all these tests. She then told me I was faking it bad. Bedside manner told us to be quiet. And I didn't know who she thought she was talking to, but then she called the other doctor and he said, I was faking it, so I guess I wanted to leave my job making 5 to $6000 a month. To make only $1200 a month. Yeah, I guess I was really faking it. That's what she told me. Um, I wouldn't recommend Kimberly Myers to the man on the moon

The office was attractive and very convenient. The staff were courteous and helpful. I had a time sensitive problem and got my appointment and a same day EMG really fast. The doctor was thoughtful and seemed very professional. He asked good questions and he listened carefully. It was an excellent first appointment. He seems like he's really going to work my problem.

They refused to return my many calls about a reschedule and also a billing question. Update; I will say that a very nice lady call me back today to discuss the issue. she was great! She had talked to the staff and they said they had not heard from me. My worry is the rest of the staff is lying. They said they never revived messages from me. I talked to a gentleman with scheduling and he said the officer manager would call me about my billing info. I also left a message to reschedule appointments I had canceled. I had also sent an email. Do you want to go to a doctor that has a staff that lies? I don’t.

I had a EMG on my legs and the guy that done the first part was really nice and was joking around which made the whole thing much more comfortable. The doctor that did the last part was also very friendly and got the test done quickly. They are all very nice and friendly and take their time with you to give you the best care. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the first doctors offices I’ve been to that’s fast and efficient. The entire staff is great and Amy is amazing. She actually listens to you and addresses your concerns. I felt validated - not crazy, and I was finally able to get help with issues I’ve had for years.
